Steps

1. Open Price Editor

  • Go to Settings > Price Editor from your dashboard.

  • Select a device category (e.g., Smartphones).

  • Type the brand's item or item in the Search field to quickly find your data.

2. Enable Price Sync

  • Turn on the pricing toggle for the brand you want.

  • Click Yes, Enable in the pop-up.

3. Review Sources

  • Check each source for:

    • Sell Instantly capability

    • Data refresh frequency

    • Item coverage

  • Select a source by checking the box (e.g., refreshedtech.com).

4. Map Device Conditions

  • Auto Mapping: Conditions matched automatically.

  • Manual Mapping (recommended): Select each condition yourself.

Tip

Manual Mapping offers more control and reduces errors compared to Auto Mapping.

  • Enter prices for any items marked No Price.

5. Set Price Adjustments

  • Match – Keep source price unchanged.

  • Markup – Increase by a fixed amount or percentage.

  • Markdown – Decrease by a fixed amount or percentage.

  • Example: Apply a 10% markdown on iPhones for margin control.

6. Apply and Review

  • Click Apply to sync prices.

  • Wait for the next auto-update (every 24 hours, depending on the source).

  • Review synced prices and update any flagged items.

Examples/Scenarios

  • Use Price Sync + Markup to maintain profit margins while staying competitive.

  • Apply Markdown to specific categories (like iPhones) to increase sales volume.

  • Combine synced pricing with manual pricing for niche models not covered by your chosen source.

Tips & Notes

  • Prices flagged with a red icon require manual updates.

  • A $0 price means the model isn’t supported. Remap it to a supported source.

  • Combine Price Sync with manual pricing rules for items not covered by your chosen source.
