Purpose
The Upload Price feature allows Pro users to manage pricing in bulk. Use this option if you need to update multiple items quickly instead of editing them one by one.
Steps
1. Open Upload Price
Go to Settings > Price Editor > Upload Price.
2. Download the Template
Click Download Template to get the CSV or XLSX file.
Note
The downloaded data includes only active items that are currently turned on.
3. Fill in Prices
Enter your prices into the template file.
Follow the format exactly to avoid upload issues.
4. Upload Your File
Return to the Price Upload popup.
Select your completed file and upload it.
5. Update Pricing
Click Update Pricing to apply the changes.
The system will process valid rows and ignore errors.

Quickly adjust holiday promotions by applying bulk markups or markdowns through a spreadsheet.
Tips & Notes
Make sure to use the file you downloaded from your Reusely account — Smart Validation only reads the correct format.
You can edit prices only, other sections can’t be modified.
File uploads are limited to Pro users; Starter and Growth can only view the results.
Since this method uses manual uploads, make sure to turn off Price Sync first otherwise, your changes won’t apply.
You’ll only get data for active items that are currently enabled.
