Multilingual Support for Internal App Content

Multilingual Support enables Reusely’s internal interface and system messages to be fully localized for users, while customer-facing content remains in the language defined by the user.

Written by Althaaf Rachman Hafidz

Purpose

Multilingual Support allows you to use Reusely in your preferred language by localizing all internal app content, including navigation, onboarding, tooltips, notifications, emails, forms, help text, and error messages.

This ensures a smooth experience for global users while keeping end-customer-facing content under your control.

Key Features

Automatic language detection on first app load.

Manual language selector in User Settings.

Full localization of internal UI elements and system messages.

Support for major global languages (Indonesian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese).

Scalable system ready for additional languages, including right-to-left (RTL) languages such as Arabic.

Clear separation between internal app translations and end-customer content.

Video Walkthrough

Watch our quick tutorial to see how multilingual support works and how to change your language preferences inside Reusely.

Steps

1. Automatic Language Detection (First Launch)

When you first open Reusely, the system automatically detects your browser or device language.

If the language is supported, the app interface will load in that language.

If it is not supported, the app will default to English.

2. Open User Settings

Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen.

Select User Settings.

3. Select Your Preferred Language

Locate the Language Selector dropdown.

Choose your preferred language from the list of supported options.

4. Save Your Preference

Your selected language will be automatically applied and saved to your account.

You can change it at any time.

What Gets Translated

The following internal app content is localized:

Onboarding flows
Navigation menus
Tooltips
System notifications
Internal system emails (sent to users)
Forms and field labels
Help text
Error messages

What Does NOT Get Translated

The following content remains in the original language unless you manually translate it:

User-generated messages to customers
Offer descriptions
Condition notifications sent to customers
Customer Portal content created by users
Custom emails written by users

Important: Reusely does not automatically translate end-customer-facing content.

Summary

Multilingual Support makes Reusely accessible to a global user base by fully localizing internal app content.

The system automatically detects your language on first launch and lets you manually select and save your preferred language at any time in User Settings.

All internal workflows and system messaging are translated, while customer-facing content remains fully under your control.
