Encouraging customers to take action is crucial, especially for unresolved orders such as "not-as-described" cases. Using the Reminder Frequency setting, you can automatically resend notifications on a recurring schedule until the order is moved out of its current status. Follow these steps to configure this feature effectively:

Setting Reminder Frequency for Unresolved Orders

Key Benefits of Reminder Notifications

  • Continuous Follow-Up: Notifications are sent indefinitely until the order's status changes.

  • Common Use Case: Many users set reminders every 2 days to encourage customers to accept or deny revised offers for "not-as-described" orders.

How to Edit Reminder Frequency

  1. Access Workflow Settings

  2. Select the Workflow Notification

    • Locate the workflow step for which you want to edit the notification reminder.

    • Click the Edit button next to the desired workflow notification.

A workflow interface showing multiple stages: Leads, In Transit, Currently Being Inspected, On Hold, Payment Processing, Completed - Payment Sent, Revised Offer, Seller Accepted, and Returned. An icon is highlighted on the right.
  3. Set the Reminder Frequency

    • In the Reminder Frequency input box, specify how often (in days) you want the notification to be resent.

    • Example: Enter "2" to send reminders every 2 days.

  4. Save Changes

    • Once you've set the desired frequency, click Save to apply the updates.
