Purpose
This guide shows you how to request items that are not yet available in Reusely's Catalog Settings page. If you’ve already searched for the item and still can’t find it, you can follow the steps below to submit a request and have the item added to Reusely’s catalogue.

Easily Request Devices to Be Added to Reusely's Catalog
Step-by-Step to Request an Item
Log in to your Reusely account and go to the Setting > Catalog.
Click the "Request Item" button in the bottom of the page.
Fill in the required fields:
Email linked to Your Reusely Account: Enter the email address associated with your account.
Business Name: Provide your company name.
Product Manufacturer: Specify the brand of the device (e.g., Apple, Samsung, etc.).
Product Model: Indicate the specific model of the device (e.g., iPhone 14, Galaxy S23).
Additional Information (Optional): Add any relevant details, such as special features or unique variations, if necessary.
After completing the form, submit your request for review.
