Purpose

Reusely provides advanced data integration tools, available exclusively to Pro plan subscribers. These options are designed for developers, comparison platforms, and marketplace partners that need reliable data synchronization, live pricing updates, and direct links to specific device conditions.

Integration Options Overview

1. API: Advanced Integration for Developers

  • Purpose

    Enable third party platforms (such as SellCell, BankMyCell, Flipsy, and Swappa) to build custom integrations.

  • Target Audience

    Developers and comparison or marketplace platforms with technical development resources.

  • Key Details

    • Available exclusively on the Pro plan.

    • Designed for custom integrations.

    • API documentation is available through the API Docs.

    • Supports flexible integrations and custom workflows.

    • Includes product image URLs and condition level deeplinks for supported endpoints.

Example Scenario

A comparison website like SellCell pulls real-time pricing directly from the Reusely API, ensuring visitors always see the latest buyback offers.

2. Automatic Data Feed: Hands-Free Updates

  • Purpose

    Automatically deliver live pricing updates in CSV or XML format for supported comparison platforms and marketplaces.

  • Target Audience

    Pro plan users hosting Reusely widgets on third party websites.

  • Key Details

    • Provides fixed, non-editable CSV and XML formats.

    • Requires your widget domain URL to be configured.

    • Updates pricing automatically without manual uploads.

    • Third-party platforms can parse the feed directly or adapt it to their own requirements.

    • Supports condition-level deep links, allowing customers to land directly on the selected device condition.

By including the condition parameter, customers are taken directly to the correct product variant instead of only the device capacity.

Example Scenario:

A retailer hosting a Reusely widget on Swappa enables Automatic Data Feed. Whenever pricing changes, the marketplace automatically receives updated prices, and customers who click a listing are taken directly to the selected device condition.

3. CSV and XML File Downloads

  • Purpose

    Provide downloadable CSV and XML files for businesses that prefer manual updates or require custom formatting before uploading to third party platforms.

  • Target Audience

    Pro plan users requiring additional flexibility.

  • Key Details

    • Download CSV or XML files from the Add Ons page.

    • Files may require manual formatting depending on the destination platform.

    • CSV exports now support condition level deeplinks.

    • Each condition includes its own corresponding price and deeplink.

    • Manual uploads may still be required for platforms such as SellCell, BankMyCell, Flipsy, and Swappa.

Example Scenario:

A marketplace requires a custom CSV format. The business downloads the Reusely CSV, rearranges the columns to match the platform requirements, and uploads the updated file. Each condition now contains its own deeplink, allowing customers to open the exact condition displayed on the marketplace.

Note: Once you update your prices, they’ll appear within about 10–30 minutes (longer if the system is processing a large queue).

4. Data Feed Exclusion

  • Purpose

    Exclude selected devices from your data feed without removing them from your Reusely catalog or website.

  • Target Audience

    Pro plan users publishing feeds to supported marketplaces.

  • Key Details

    • Enable or disable devices with a single click.

    • Focus marketplace bidding on high value devices.

    • Keep products visible on your website while excluding them from external feeds.

Example Scenario

A business wants Samsung Galaxy J devices to remain available on their website but does not want them listed on SellCell. Using Data Feed Exclusion, they remove those devices from the feed while keeping them visible to customers on their own site.

Important Notes

  • CSV and XML formats are predefined and cannot be edited within Reusely.

  • If your marketplace requires a custom format, you will need to manually modify the exported file or work with the platform's development team.

  • Data Feed deeplinks now include the selected device condition, ensuring customers are directed to the exact product variant shown on the marketplace.

  • CSV exports have been updated to support condition specific deeplinks, with each condition mapped to its own price and destination URL.

Tips and Notes:

  • Condition level deeplinks improve the customer experience by opening the exact device condition selected on third party marketplaces.

  • Each condition in the CSV export is associated with its own price and deeplink, making marketplace integrations more accurate.

  • Product image URLs are available in both the Data Feed API response and the Data Feed add ons table.

  • If a product does not have an image, the image field returns an empty value without affecting the rest of the data feed.
