Inventory Labels
Purpose: Track serialized inventory and buybacks.

Address Labels
Purpose: Used for mailing checks, including customer names and address details. Labels can be printed in batches.

Processing Labels

Note
If there is no IMEI / SN, scanning the QR or barcode will display the item code. This applies only to Inventory, Retail Labels and Processing labels.
Advantages of QR Codes Over Standard Barcodes
2D Scanning
QR codes can be scanned from any angle, unlike barcodes that require specific alignment. They are also scannable from up to 3 feet away, saving time and effort.
Error Correction
Built-in error correction allows QR codes to remain scannable even if partially damaged or obscured.
Fast and Accessible
With smartphones and other devices equipped to read QR codes, they’re more accessible and faster to use compared to traditional barcodes, which often require specialized scanners.
Higher Data Capacity
QR codes can store extensive information, including alphanumeric characters and binary data, while standard barcodes are limited to basic numeric data.
Note
Our Dymo labels now support both QR codes and barcodes. You can use a scanner that supports either format to read them.
Printer Compatibility and Setup
Reusely’s QR-coded labels are formatted for Dymo LabelWriter printers and are compatible with size 30252 labels. Supported printers include and they must be wired to the computer ( Network-shared and wireless printers won’t work ) :

Setup Instructions
Ensure your printer is plugged into your computer.
Install the Dymo Connect software and add your printer to the Printers & Scanners settings on your operating system.
Remove any legacy versions of Dymo software to avoid compatibility issues.
Once set up, you can print labels with a single click anywhere you see the small printer icon on the Reusely platform.

Note
If your macOS can't connect, try:
Configuring> Dymo Connect Service pop-up > change the port to 41951.
In MacOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network > DYMO.DLS.Printing.Host must be enabled.
