With Localization, you can effortlessly configure and manage content across the customer interface, including widgets, notifications, workflows, receipts, customer notification emails, and the customer portal. Empower your customers with an intuitive, diverse, and truly global buyback process.
How To Set Up Localization
Start Set Up
From any page, open the Settings menu.
Under the Advanced Settings section, click Localization.
A set-up pop-up will appear.
Select your target language
Name your localization pack
Select your source language
Set your preferred tone and style
Click Continue to save.
Note
For the best translation results, ensure the AI style matches your target language, and the source language follows your original language template.
Translate Content
Translate items one by one, or
Click Translate All Now for instant bulk translation.
Manage Translations
Use dropdowns to view items and their status (Not Translated, Done, or Needs Review).
Click Translate with AI for single items, or Translate All for everything.
Use the search bar to find content fast.
Review & Edit
If you notice any incorrect translations, you can update them easily:
Mark items as Needs Review via the meatballs menu icon.
Edit translations in Overlay, then click Save Changes.
Preview in context with View the template.
Note
The status automatically changes to To Review whenever a new adjustment is made.

Edit Locale
Edit settings for this locale
Target Language – Select the language for this localization.
Name – Update the name of the localization.
AI Style – Choose the preferred AI translation style.
Once you’ve made your changes, click Save Changes to apply them, or Cancel to discard your changes.
Add a New Language
You can add additional languages to your localization template by creating a new locale. This allows your customer-facing content, including notifications, workflows, and offers, to be translated into the language you select.
Click + Add Locale.
In the Add New Locale window, configure the new language.
Target Language
Select the language you want to add to your localization template.Name
Enter a name for the new locale so you can easily identify it in your localization settings.Source Language
Select the language your existing content is currently written in. Content such as notifications, workflows, offers, and other customer-facing text will be translated from this language into your selected Target Language.AI Style
Select the preferred style for the AI-generated translation.
Review your selections and click Continue.
Once the locale is created, you can manage and update its localization settings on the localization page.
Delete packs via the meatballs menu icon.
Tips & Notes
Localization is always active. If only one language is available, it will be shown by default.
Localization is determined by the customer's website settings, so if you provide their preferred language, it will be applied automatically.
If you change your localization pack’s language by mistake, simply reselect the previous language to restore your setup.
Choose languages and styles that align with your brand and resonate with your customers.
Localization is powered by AI translation, so always verify important phrases manually.
