Steps
1. Open Company Settings
Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
2. Upload Your Logo
Select a file from your device, or
Drag and drop the file into the upload area.
Tip: For best results, upload a logo that’s 200x50px, under 500KB, in PNG, JPG, WEBP, or GIF format.
3. Complete Your Company Profile
Click the gear icon next to your company name to open the Company Profile settings page. Then, enter the following details:
Registered Business Name (or Legal Business Name)
Brand Name (or Doing Business As (DBA))
Shipping Name (shown on Shipping Label)
Primary Web Link
Business Email (Optional)
Company Email
Company Address
Company Phone Number
4. Configure General Settings
Choose your preferences for:
Region
Currency
Time Zone
Time Format and Date Format
5. Select Data Hosting Region
Choose US or EU depending on your compliance needs.
6. Set Distance Unit
Pick either Miles or Kilometers.
7. Save Your Settings
Review all entries, and then click Save to apply changes.
Tips & Notes
Make sure your logo is high resolution for the best display.
Selecting the right data hosting region helps meet compliance requirements.
Double-check time zone and formatting to avoid scheduling or reporting issues.
