Purpose
Company Settings allow you to configure your organization's profile, branding, contact information, and platform preferences. This includes company details, logo, address, regional settings, currency, time zone, data hosting preferences, and distance units.

1. Open Company Settings
Click the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of the platform and navigate to Company Profile.
2. Upload Your Company Logo
Upload a logo by:
Clicking Choose a File, or
Dragging and dropping a file into the upload area.
Recommended logo requirements:
Size: 200 × 50 px
Maximum file size: 500 KB
Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF
3. Configure Company Profile
Complete the company profile information:
Company Information
Registered Business Name
Your legal business name.
Brand Name
The public-facing name of your business.
Shipping Name
The company name displayed on shipping labels.
Online Presence
Primary Web Link
Your main website or public business profile.
Email Addresses
Business Email (Optional)
Optional public business contact email.
Company Email
Primary company email used within Reusely.
Company Address
Enter your company's address information:
Street Address
Address Line 2 (optional)
Apartment, suite, unit, building, floor, etc.
City
State / Province
Postal Code
Contact Information
Company Phone Number
4. Configure General Settings
Configure the following preferences:
Region or Country
Select the country or region your business operates in.
Currency
Choose the default currency used throughout the platform.
Time Zone
Select the time zone that should be used for offers, reporting, and timestamps.
Time Format
Choose your preferred time format.
Date Format
Choose how dates are displayed throughout the platform.
5. Configure Data Hosting
Select your preferred data hosting region:
US Region
EU Region
This setting may be important for compliance and data residency requirements.
6. Configure Distance Units
Choose how distance measurements are displayed:
Miles
Kilometers
7. Save Your Changes
After updating your settings, click Save Changes to apply them.
Tips & Notes
Use a high-quality logo for the best appearance across the platform.
The Shipping Name is used on generated shipping labels.
Selecting the correct time zone ensures accurate timestamps and reporting.
The selected data hosting region may affect compliance requirements.
Reusely currently does not provide a CVR field within Company Settings.
