Purpose
Company Settings allow you to configure your organization's profile, branding, contact information, regional preferences, data hosting, distance units, and session management settings.
These settings are organized into three sections:
Profile: Manage your company identity, contact information, and business address.
Preferences: Configure your region, currency, time and date formats, data hosting region, and distance unit.
Security: Manage session duration and idle timeout settings for users signed in to your account.

Profile
The Profile section allows you to manage your company's branding, identity, contact information, and business address. This section controls how your company appears across Reusely and in customer-facing places.
Company Logo
Upload your company logo by:
Clicking Browse
Dragging and dropping a file into the upload area
Logo requirements:
Size: 200 × 50 px
Maximum file size: 500 KB
Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF
After uploading a logo, you can select Change Logo to replace it.
Company Information
Configure the following information:
Registered Business Name
Your legal business name.
Brand Name
The public-facing name of your business.
Shipping Name
The company name is displayed on shipping labels.
Contact
The Contact section contains the information customers and Reusely can use to reach your business.
Primary Web Link
Your main public link, such as your website or social profile.
Business Email (Optional)
An optional public business contact email.
Company Email
The primary company email used within Reusely.
Company Phone Number
Your company's primary phone number.
Company Address
Your company address is used for shipping labels, tax records, and official correspondence.
Enter the following information:
Street Address
Street address, P.O. box, company name, or c/o.
Apartment, suite, etc. (Optional)
Apartment, suite, unit, building, or floor.
City
State
Postal Code
Preferences
The Preferences section allows you to configure the regional and platform settings used across your account. General Settings control the region, currency, time, and date formatting used throughout your account.
Region or Country
Select the country or region where your business operates.
Currency
Choose the default currency used throughout the platform.
Timezone
Select the time zone used for offers, reporting, and timestamps.
Time Format
Choose how time is displayed throughout the platform.
Date Format
Choose how dates are displayed throughout the platform.
Data Hosting
The Data Hosting Region determines where your account data is stored.
Available options include:
US Region
EU Region
Your selected data hosting region may be important for compliance and data residency requirements.
Distance Unit
The Distance Unit determines how distance measurements are displayed in Reusely.
This setting is used for shipping estimates and trade-in pickup ranges.

Kilometers
Security
The Security section allows you to manage how long users can remain signed in and when inactive users are automatically logged out.
Session Management
Session Management provides two settings:
Session Duration
Session Duration controls the maximum amount of time a user can stay logged in before they must sign in again.
When the session expires:
The user is signed out immediately.
The user sees an alert that their session has ended.
User activity does not extend the session duration.
Idle Timeout Duration
Idle Timeout Duration controls how long a logged-in user can remain inactive before being signed out. The idle timer resets when the user performs activity such as:
Mouse movement
Clicks
Keyboard input
API calls

Use a high-quality logo for the best appearance across the platform.
The Shipping Name is used on generated shipping labels.
The Company Address is used for shipping labels, tax records, and official correspondence.
Selecting the correct time zone helps ensure accurate timestamps and reporting.
The selected data hosting region may affect compliance and data residency requirements.
The selected distance unit affects shipping estimates and trade-in pickup ranges.
Session Duration cannot be extended through user activity.
Idle Timeout Duration is reset by user activity, including mouse movement, clicks, keyboard input, and API calls.
Reusely currently does not provide a CVR field within Company Settings.
