Integration Scope: What You Can Do
With Reusely’s integration with RepairDesk:
Trade-in data, including customer and device details, is automatically synced once marked as completed in Reusely.
Devices requiring refurbishment can generate a Refurbishment Ticket directly in RepairDesk. Learn more about Refurb tickets here.
Step 1: Enable Reusely Integration
Log in to your Reusely account and navigate to the Add-ons section.
In the settings, turn on the toggle to enable the RepairDesk integration.
Open your RepairDesk account, go to Store Settings, and copy the API Key.
Paste the API key into your Reusely account, then click Test Connection & Save.
Choose whether to activate RepairDesk for the Payout Processing or Completed status.
Step 2: Using Reusely Integration with RepairDesk
Click the Start Mail-in Buyback button in your Reusely account.
Create a new customer or select an existing one, then click Continue.
Choose the customer’s preferred payout method and click Continue.
Input the trade-in device details to proceed.
Once the status is marked as "Completed," all relevant data—device details, customer information, and trade-in value—will sync automatically with RepairDesk.
Go to the Inventory section in RepairDesk and click Trade-In to view the synced transaction details.
