Total Email Collected: Shows the total number of customer emails captured through your buyback activities.
Table in Customers Report
Email: Customer’s email for identification and communication.
Recent Offer: The latest offer submitted, helping track recent engagement.
Total Offer: Total number of offers submitted by the customer.
Total Offer Complete: Number of fully processed and completed offers.
Abandoned Offer: Offers started but not completed (unfinished transactions).
Average Complete Offer: Average value or count of completed offers per customer.
Complete Offer Amount: Total value of completed offers.
Tip: Sort rows by newest/oldest or smallest/highest using the sorting button.
