Integrating Tremendous with Reusely lets you offer fast, flexible, and fully automated payouts—like gift cards, prepaid cards, and other digital rewards. Once set up, the system automatically sends rewards to customers without manual work, saving your team time and reducing errors. This step-by-step guide will help you create a campaign in Tremendous and seamlessly connect it with Reusely to start rewarding your customers efficiently.

Create a Campaign Template on Tremendous
Step 1: Sign Up for a Tremendous Account
First, sign up for a Tremendous account, if you don’t already have one.
To sign up, use the Sign Up link in the login box, not Tremendous.com—this will make it easier to approve you for the discounted processing rates we’ve arranged.
Step 2: Login to Your Tremendous Account
Step 3: Create a Campaign Template
Go to Campaign Template.
Click Create Template.
Select the payout methods you want to offer (e.g., gift cards, prepaid cards, cash).
Use the search bar or location filters to find preferred payout options.
Click Continue to proceed.
When offering monetary rewards (like Venmo, PayPal, Instant Debit Transfer, or Bank Transfer), processing fees apply. You can choose how to handle these:
Add to Order Total
The processing fee is added to your total — the recipient receives the full reward amount.Pass Fees to Recipients (Recommended)
A small processing fee is deducted from the recipient’s reward if they choose a monetary method. You must still offer at least one fee-free option (like gift cards).
We've negotiated lower fees for you: just 2%–3% for monetary rewards (instead of the usual 4%).

🔹 Note on Rates:
Venmo, PayPal, Instant Debit Transfer: 3% processing fee if paid by the recipient, or 2% if paid by you.
Bank Transfer: $0.25 flat fee per transaction, paid by you—not the recipient.
If you choose to absorb the fee, it’s added to your cost.
If you pass it on, it’s subtracted from the recipient’s reward.
Choose the setup that works best for your budget and customer experience goals.
Step 4: Customize the Reward Webpage
Adjust logo size.
Choose background colors using a color picker or hex code.
Edit the headline and message if needed (Tremendous provides a default text).
(Optional) Add an extra step by clicking the + icon in the Extra Step section:
Once everything is ready, click Continue to proceed.
Step 5: Customize the Email Content
Adjust logo size and background colors.
Customize the sender name, subject line, and email message.
Click Continue to proceed the next step.
Step 6: Finalize Additional Settings
Enter a Template Name.
Set the Permission Level to Share with teams.
Click Save Campaign to save all changes.
Click the “Actions” button to preview, edit, duplicate, or rename your campaigns.
📝 Notes:
Make sure your Tremendous account is funded before sending rewards (payouts).
Payouts can’t be delivered unless there are sufficient funds in your Tremendous balance.An offer must be marked as Complete to trigger the payment. Once marked, the payment is triggered automatically, and your customer will receive an email with a link to choose how they’d like to get paid.
You can create multiple campaign templates as needed.
Enable the Integration in Reusely
Step 7: Connect Tremendous with Reusely
Open the Reusely app.
Go to the Add-ons page.
Navigate to the Tremendous section.
Toggle the switch ON to activate the integration.
A Tremendous Settings popup will appear—click Connect to Tremendous.
Click the Authorize to proceed the integration between your Tremendous and Reusely account.
Step 8: Select Your Payout Template
Navigate to the Add-ons page.
In the Tremendous section, click Settings.
A Tremendous Settings popup will appear.
Under the Payout section:

Once all is set, click Save.
Once connected, you can start sending payouts through Tremendous with ease.
What Happens After Enabling the Integration
At payout checkout page, your customers will now see a "Choose Later" option under payout methods.
When selected, the Payout Method and Payment Info on the Offer Details page will automatically show: Tremendous / Choose Later.
Once an offer is marked Complete, the payout is automatically triggered via the API will appear in Transcation history of your Tremendous account.
No manual steps are required.
Your customer will receive an email with a link to choose their preferred payout method.
If customers selected Tremendous as their payout option and you completed the order, the system will automatically send the email to them with cases such as:
Reward Canceled: Triggered when a scheduled reward is canceled—this may occur due to user order cancellation, failed item verification, exceeding Tremendous payout limits, changes in Tremendous Terms of Service, or other reasons.
Reward Flagged: Occurs when a reward is flagged for fraud review. To enable this feature, you must first configure fraud detection rules within your Tremendous account. Once these rules are set, Tremendous will automatically flag rewards that meet the criteria for suspicious activity or anomalies during the reward redemption process.
Reward Delivery Succeeded: Triggered when the reward is successfully delivered to the recipient through their selected delivery method (e.g., email), with no issues such as bounces or flags.
Reward Delivery Failed: Triggered when the reward cannot be delivered—commonly due to issues like an invalid email address or a full inbox.
Note: Available payout options may vary based on your region, reward amount, and enabled settings.
