How to manage users on your Reusely account

Written by Althaaf Rachman Hafidz

Purpose

Easily manage your team by inviting staff members and customizing their permissions. Follow this guide to add, edit, or review user permissions efficiently.

Understanding the User Management Dashboard

  • Owner: Displays the primary account owner who created the company account. This can be changed through Transfer Ownership.

  • Users:

    • User List: All active users with access to your account.

    • Pending Invites: Users who have been invited but haven’t accepted yet.

  • Roles:

    • Predefined Roles: Default roles created by Reusely (Owner, Admin, User).

    • Custom Roles: Roles you create to match your workflow and permission needs.

Steps

Invite Users

  1. Click the Invite Users button in the top-right corner.

  2. In the pop-up, complete the following:

    • Invite the Following Emails: Enter one or multiple email addresses for the users you’d like to add.

    • Roles: Choose from default roles (Admin or User) or custom roles you’ve previously created.

    • Location Permissions: Assign the location(s) where these users will operate (you can grant permission by allowing all locations).

    • Default Location: Choose the location the user will see first when logging in.

    • Permissions: Depending on the selected role, review and adjust permissions as needed.

  3. Click Send Invites to send email invitations. These emails allow the recipients to create their Reusely profiles and access your account.

  4. All outgoing invites appear in Pending Invites.

  5. You can resend, revoke, edit, or copy the invite link as needed.

  6. Once they accept, their profiles will move to the User List section.

Note

If an invited user already has an account, they automatically Log In (don't need to Sign Up again).

Tips & Notes

  • Start simple: give a role only what’s necessary, then adjust as your workflow evolves.

  • Only Admins and Owners can manage custom roles.

  • If a user’s access looks incorrect, double-check the role they’re assigned to.

  • All buyback types (Mail-In, In-Store, Bulk, Easy Offer) are managed here, so ensure each role has the correct Offer Management access.

  • The slider permission for batch quote follows the Can Edit Buyback Price setting

  • Admins can configure how much a role is allowed to adjust pricing.

  • The allowed adjustment range can be set from 0% to 100%, depending on the role permission configuration.

By following these steps, you can confidently manage users on your Reusely account and ensure a smooth experience for your team. If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact our support team for help.
