The Easy Offer feature in Reusely is an API-based tool designed for businesses looking to streamline their payout workflows and deliver a seamless customer experience. Whether you’re integrating it into your website or managing submissions through the Reusely dashboard, Easy Offer simplifies every step — from form submission and file handling to payout selection and invoicing.

Using Easy Offer from the Customer Side

Accessing an Easy Offer Page

Open an Easy Offer implementation site such as Buyback Pros or ShellShark. These public-facing pages allow customers to place orders quickly by filling out a form — fast and hassle-free.

Click "First Name"

Entering Contact Information

Customers begin by entering their basic contact details:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

    Filled Contact Info

This information helps with order tracking and customer support.

Choosing a Payout Method

Customers can select their preferred payout method from available options such as PayPal, Venmo, donation, or others depending on the business. This ensures flexibility and convenience.

Choose Payout

Attaching Files (If Required)

Some sites may allow or require a file upload during submission.
For example, ShellShark may require an attachment for item verification or documentation.

Click "Drag and drop your file here, or  browse  Upload PDF, CSV or XLSX files"

Providing Shipping Information

Customers are asked to enter:

  • Street address

  • Building/floor (if applicable)

  • City, State, ZIP code

  • Phone number

    Click "Street address, P.O box, company name, c/o."

Submitting the Form

After all fields are completed, customers click Continue to proceed and finalize their Easy Offer request.

Click "Continue"

Reviewing and Managing Easy Offers in Reusely

Viewing Submitted Offers

All submitted Easy Offers appear in your Reusely dashboard.
Click any offer to view its full details, including:

  • Offer ID and Shipping Info

Editing Offer Details

You can make adjustments to:

  • Payout method

  • Customer contact or shipping info

  • Offer status (e.g., move from pending to completed)

Use the action menu for additional options like:

  • Open a shipping kit

  • Print a receipt

  • View the original offer

  • Review the offer change log

Managing Offer Items

Editing and Uploading

  • Use this icon to update item details

  • Upload relevant documentation files or images

  • Showcase the offer by adding multiple product photos


Invoicing Completed Offers

When the Offer is Complete

If an offer's status is marked as Complete, you’re ready to generate an invoice.

Click 'Payout Sent. Order Complete'

Creating an Invoice

  • Go to the Invoices section in your Reusely dashboard

  • Click Add Invoice to create a new billing entry

    Click 'add Add New Invoice'
  • The associated Easy Offer items will auto-fill into the invoice — no need to enter them manually

Customizing Easy Offer Automation

Workflow Settings

After setting up your Easy Offer system, navigate to Settings in your Reusely dashboard.
Open the Workflow section to configure automation for specific offer actions.

Click 'Easy Offer  API'

You can:

  • Enable or disable automatic emails when a workflow status changes

    Click 'Send Emailmore_horiz'
  • Edit associated email templates

  • Customize status names, triggers, and email content

  • Preview email updates before saving

    Click 'edit Edit'

Managing Email Notifications

Notification Settings

Go back to Settings and select Notification Settings.

Click 'Notifications'

Under Customer Notifications, open the Easy Offer section to manage email types like:

  • Cart recovery

  • Customer order notes

  • Easy Offer Confirmation

  • Easy Offer Recovery Email

  • Review Email

    Click 'Easy Offer'

You can also:

  • Edit and preview Easy Offer email templates

  • Customize email content for various stages of the customer journey

    Click 'edit Edit'
