How to manage new offer notifications

The New Offer Notifications feature automatically alerts your team whenever a new offer is created—whether it’s a Mail-In, In-Store, Bulk Quote, or Easy Offer. This ensures your workflow remains up to date, traceable, and easy for every staff member to manage in real time.


How to Set It Up

1. Access Notification Settings

Navigate to Settings → Notification Settings → Buyback Type (Mail-In, In-Store, Bulk Quote or Easy Offer) from your Reusely dashboard.

2. Enable New Offer Alerts

Under Staff Notifications:

  • Toggle New Offer to On.

  • Select the Pencil icon next to New Offer to open the email template editor.

3. Add Internal Recipients

Enter your team’s email addresses in the BCC field to ensure they receive a copy of every new offer notification.

4. Customize the Email Template

You can tailor the notification to match your internal workflow by editing:

  • Subject Line

  • Message Body

  • Variables

Default variables include:

  • Company Name

  • Offer ID

  • Customer’s Full Name

  • Offer Note

  • Company Logo

Additional variables you can insert:

  • {:offer-date} - Offer date made

  • {:shipping-label-img} - Shipping label image

  • {:shipping-label-print-link} - Linked to the printable shipping label files

5. Save & Preview

Click Save, then select Preview Email to see how the notification appears before sending it out.

6. Reset to Default

If you want to return to the original template, click Reset to Default and confirm with Yes, Reset.
