Purpose
Manual Conditions give you full control over how items are graded. Instead of using presets, you can define your own condition names, guidelines, and terms to match your business needs.

Steps
Start from the Same Setup
Navigate to Conditions Settings (same as with Preset Conditions).
However, instead of selecting a preset, click + Add New Condition button.
Enter Condition Details
In the pop-up window, provide:
Condition Name: A clear, unique label (e.g., Excellent, Like New).
Condition Guidelines: A short description of what the condition means.
Terms: Specific bullet points (e.g., No cracks on the screen, Battery health above 80%).
Example:
Name: Good
Conditional Guidelines (Optional): Device works fully with light cosmetic wear.
Terms:
No significant scratches or cracks
Fully functional camera and buttons
Battery in working condition
Save the Condition
Add as many custom conditions as needed.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Examples in Action
You sell gaming consoles and want a custom condition called Controller Missing that presets don’t cover.
Your store specializes in premium devices, so you create Grade A+ with stricter cosmetic and battery standards.
You need a category-specific rule for smartwatches like Band Replacement Needed.
