Written by Althaaf Rachman Hafidz

Purpose

Manual Conditions give you full control over how items are graded. Instead of using presets, you can define your own condition names, guidelines, and terms to match your business needs.

Steps

  1. Start from the Same Setup

  2. Enter Condition Details

    • In the pop-up window, provide:

      • Condition Name: A clear, unique label (e.g., Excellent, Like New).

      • Condition Guidelines: A short description of what the condition means.

      • Terms: Specific bullet points (e.g., No cracks on the screen, Battery health above 80%).

    Example:

    • Name: Good

    • Conditional Guidelines (Optional): Device works fully with light cosmetic wear.

    • Terms:

      • No significant scratches or cracks

      • Fully functional camera and buttons

      • Battery in working condition

  3. Save the Condition

    • Add as many custom conditions as needed.

    • Click Save to apply your changes.

Examples in Action

  • You sell gaming consoles and want a custom condition called Controller Missing that presets don’t cover.

  • Your store specializes in premium devices, so you create Grade A+ with stricter cosmetic and battery standards.

  • You need a category-specific rule for smartwatches like Band Replacement Needed.

Tips & Notes

  • Manual conditions give maximum flexibility but require consistency to avoid confusion.

  • Keep condition names simple and customer-friendly.

  • Use bullet-point terms to clarify expectations and reduce disputes.
