Steps

  1. Navigate to the Preferred Page

  2. Enter a Descriptive Name

    • In Set Condition, enter a Category Name (e.g., iOS).

    • Assign items under this category.

    • If an item doesn’t appear, enable it first in Catalog Settings.

    • Once ready, the Choose Preset button will activate.

  3. Select a Preset Source

    • Click Choose Preset Condition.

    • Pick a preset source (e.g., RefreshedTech).

    • The full condition list from that source will appear.

  4. Add Conditions

    • Individually: Add one by one.

    • All at once: Click Add All to Active Conditions.

    • To add from a different source:

      • Click Choose Preset Condition again.

      • Pick the new source and add the condition you need.

    • Reorder conditions by dragging them using the six-dot icon.

    • If a condition name is similar to an existing one, hover over the info icon for guidance on renaming or deleting duplicates.

  5. Manage Active Conditions

    • In Active Conditions, you can edit, delete, or reorder.

    • Add more manually with + Add New Condition if needed.

  6. Save Your Changes

    • Add as many conditions as you need.

    • Click Save in the top-right corner to apply changes.

Examples in Action

  • You’re onboarding smartphones into your catalog and want to apply RefreshedTech’s preset conditions for quick, industry-standard grading.

  • You’ve added iPads later and want to include conditions from the same source for consistency.

  • You spot a duplicate condition like “Good” and choose to rename it to “Good – iOS” for clarity.

Tips & Notes

  • Presets save time and ensure consistent condition grading.

  • Stick to one preset source when possible to avoid confusion.

  • Manual conditions are still available if presets don’t match your exact workflow.
