Offers Report

Learn how to view, filter, and export all buyback offers, including Mail-In, In-Store, Bulk, and Easy Offers.

Purpose

The Offers Report gives you a complete view of all buyback activities across your business. It helps you track performance, monitor offer progress, and manage different offer types (Mail-In, In-Store, Bulk, and Easy Offer) in one dashboard. Use it to measure financial impact, spot trends, and optimize your buyback workflow.

General Tiles on Offers Report:

  • Total Buyback: Displays the total number of buyback offers within the selected report.

  • Average Price: Shows the average offer price across all buybacks in the report.

  • Total Buyback Value: Provides the combined value of all buyback offers.

Tables in Offers Report

All Table (Summary Overview)

Gives a high-level summary of offers across all locations and types.

  • Location: Where the activity happened (store, warehouse, branch).

  • Offer Type: Type of offer (Mail-In, In-Store, Bulk Quote, or Easy Offer).

  • Total Offer: Number of offers created.

  • Total Not as Described: Count of items that did not match customer’s description.

  • Declined Requests: Offers rejected by the customer.

  • Accepted Requests: Offers accepted by the customer.

  • Not as Described Offer Ratio: Ratio of Declined Requests and Accepted Requests.

  • Average Offer Value: Average value per offer.

  • Total Offer Value: Combined total value of offers.

Tip: Use this tab to get a quick overview of all buyback activities.

Mail-In Table

Focuses on offers where customers ship items for inspection.

  • Total Offer: All Mail-In offers created.

  • Leads: Potential customers.

  • In-Transit: Items currently being shipped.

  • Being Inspected: Items under evaluation.

  • Payment Processing: Offers accepted and waiting for payment.

  • Complete: Fully processed Mail-In offers.

  • Not as Described: Items that didn’t match customer’s description.

  • Other: Custom workflow.

  • Returned: Items sent back to customers.

  • Average Offer Value: Average value of Mail-In offers.

  • Total Offer Value: Overall value of Mail-In activity.

Tip: Use this tab to monitor logistics, inspection, and payment status for Mail-In transactions.

In-Store Table

Covers offers created at physical store locations.

  • Total Offer: Number of in-store offers.

  • Leads: Potential customers.

  • Being Inspected: Items being checked in-store.

  • Payment Processing: Offers waiting for payment.

  • Complete: Closed and paid offers.

  • Returned: Items returned to customers.

  • Not as Described: Mismatched descriptions.

  • Pending Return: Returned items that are still in transit.

  • Other: Custom workflow.

  • Average Offer Value: Average value of In-Store offers.

  • Total Offer Value: Overall value of In-Store activity.

Tip: Use this tab to compare performance across multiple store branches.

Bulk Offer Table

Tracks bulk deals for large-volume customers or partners.

  • Total Offer: Bulk offers created.

  • Quotes: Total quotes sent.

  • Pending Contract: Waiting for customer contract.

  • Signed Contract: Confirmed bulk deals.

  • In-Transit: Items currently being shipped.

  • Received: Items succesfully received.

  • Reconciled: Items matched against records.

  • Complete: Fully processed bulk deals.

  • Average Offer Value: Average value of Bulk Offers.

  • Total Offer Value: Overall value of Bulk Offer activity.

Tip: Use this tab to manage and track business-to-business deals.

Easy Offer Table

Simplified offers with fewer steps for the customer.

  • Total Offer: Easy Offers created.

  • Leads: Potential customers.

  • In-Transit: Items currently being shipped.

  • Being Inspected: Items under evaluation.

  • Pending Offer: Offers waiting for confirmation.

  • Payment Processing: Accepted offers in payment stage.

  • Returned: Items returned to customers.

  • Complete: Fully processed Easy offer.

  • Other: Custom workflow.

  • Average Offer Value: Average value of Easy Offer.

  • Total Offer Value: Overall value of Total Offer activity.

Tip: Use this tab to track the performance of quick and simplified customer offers.


How to Use the Offers Report Effectively

  • Identify Trends: Use the All Tab to get an overview of offer activity and spot trends across locations or offer types.

  • Monitor Performance: Check Mail-In, In-Store, Bulk, or Easy Offer tabs to track progress and identify bottlenecks in the workflow.

  • Spot Issues: Use “Not as Described” to identify quality or process issues.

  • Measure Financial Impact: Track Average Offer Value and Total Offer Value to monitor revenue contribution.
