The Users Report provides insights into the activity and performance of your team members in the buyback process. It helps you identify top performers, track workload, monitor contributions, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your team’s efficiency and impact on your business.

Tiles on Users Report:
Most Items Inspected: The highest number of items inspected.
Most Offers Processed: The highest number of offers handled.
Highest Buyback Amount: The largest total buyback value recorded.
Table in Users Report
User: Name of the user or salesperson performing buyback activities.
Total Offer Items Inspected: Total number of items inspected by the user across all offers.
Total Offers Inspected: Number of offers that the user has reviewed or inspected.
Total Offers Complete: Number of offers fully processed and completed by the user.
Tip: Each row can be sorted by alphabetical order or by smallest to highest values using the sorting button next to each row.
How to Use the Users Report Effectively
Identify Top Performers: Use “Most Items Inspected” and “Most Offers Processed” to recognize your best team members.
Monitor Revenue Contribution: Track financial impact via “Highest Buyback Amount Processed.”
Optimize Team Workload: Sort and filter the Users Tab to assign tasks efficiently.
