Purpose

The Referral URLs Report tracks the source of your buyback orders via referral links, widgets, or apps. It helps you identify which marketing channels drive the most activity, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize customer acquisition strategies.

Video Walkthrough

Watch a quick walkthrough of the Referral URLs Report.

Table in Referral URL's Report

  • Promo Code: Linked promo code (if any) to connect promotions with traffic.

  • Location: Store, branch, or region where the order originated for geographic insights.

  • Source: Type of referral—Direct (via URL), Widget (website), or App (mobile/web app).

  • Referral URL: The exact URL used by the customer.

  • Total Offer: Number of offers generated from this referral.

Tip

Sort rows alphabetically, by newest/oldest, or smallest/highest to quickly identify top-performing or underperforming referral sources.

How to Use the Offers Report Effectively

  • Identify Trends: Use the All Tab to get an overview of offer activity and spot trends across locations or offer types.

  • Monitor Performance: Check Mail-In, In-Store, Bulk, or Easy Offer tabs to track progress and identify bottlenecks in the workflow.

  • Spot Issues: Use “Not as Described” and Declined metrics to identify quality or process issues.

  • Measure Financial Impact: Track Average Offer Value and Total Offer Value to monitor revenue contribution.

  • Optimize Workflow: Filter, search, or export reports to share insights with your team and adjust operational processes.
