Purposes
Set up your payout using a bank transfer in Reusely. You can use NACHA for the US, SEPA for European countries, or customise for countries outside the US and Europe. Offer a variety of payout methods that are easy, seamless, and accessible.
Before You Begin
Make sure that:
Your company bank account is ready
Your workspace region/country is set correctly:
SEPA (IBAN): Your company’s region/country of operation is in the EU/EEA/UK SEPA zone (e.g., Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland, etc.).
NACHA (US): Your company’s region/country of operation is the United States.
Note
Reusely streamlines the collection of bank details, while confirmation and reporting remain in your banking or accounting tools.

Account holder name (optional) — Name on the bank account.
💡 Tip

How the Bank Transfer Payout Flow Works
Customer submits details
At checkout (or your payout collection point), the customer selects Bank transfer and provides the requested bank details.
You initiate the transfer externally.
Your finance team logs in to your banking platform (or another payment portal) and initiates the bank transfer using the details collected in Reusely.
You track and reconcile outside Reusely
Reusely does not verify transfers, show transfer status, or generate payout reports. Use your bank statements or accounting system to confirm and reconcile payouts.
You update your records
After confirming the transfer externally, update your own internal systems (or the relevant record in Reusely, if you keep notes/statuses there) to reflect completion.
🔎 No automated checks: There is no “transfer sent/received” indicator in Reusely. Treat bank transfers as a manual process end‑to‑end.
Tips & Notes
Use clear hints/examples: Show example formats to reduce typos.
Communicate timelines: Tell customers how long transfers typically take and that confirmation comes separately.
Establish an internal checklist: Who sends the transfer, who verifies receipt, and where the completion is recorded.
Test the form: Please ensure your internal team can quickly locate and use the collected details.
FAQs
Is there a payout report I can download?
No. Reusely doesn’t provide payout reports for bank transfers. Use your bank statements or accounting system for reporting.
Can SEPA and NACHA be activated on the same account?
No. Since a company’s country or region determines which payment network is supported, only one can be activated per company in the account settings. In other words, you can enable either SEPA or NACHA, but not both at the same time.
How do I support countries outside the US/EU/UK?
The general and add the available fields (routing number, account number, account holder name). Clarify local formats in field hints.
Why don’t I see the Bank transfer section?
You may lack permissions, or your plan/region doesn’t support bank transfers. Verify your role and workspace region.
