How to manage offer accepted notifications

The Offer Accepted notification feature alerts your team whenever a customer accepts an offer across any buyback type. This ensures your staff stays informed, responsive, and aligned. Driving faster processing and stronger operational performance.


Steps

1. Access Notification Settings

Go to Settings β†’ Notification Settings in your Reusely dashboard.

2. Enable Offer Accepted Alerts

Under Staff Notifications:

  • Toggle Offer Accepted to On.

  • Click the three dots button and select the Pencil icon next to Offer Accepted to open the template editor.

3. Add Internal Recipients

Add your team’s email addresses in the BCC field, so they receive a copy of every accepted-offer notification.

4. Customize the Email Template

You can tailor the notification to align with your workflow by editing the:

  • Subject line

  • Message body

  • Short Codes

Default short codes include:

  • Offer ID

  • Offer Date

  • Offer Total

  • Customer Email

  • Customer Phone Number

Additional short codes you can insert:

  • {:offer-detail-link} β€” Direct link to the detailed offer

  • {:shipping-tracking} β€” Displays the shipment tracking number

5. Save & Preview

Click Save, then select Preview Email to verify how the message will appear.

6. Reset to Default (If Needed)

To revert all changes, click Reset to Default, then confirm with Yes, Reset.


By customizing Offer Accepted Notifications, your team can respond faster, stay fully coordinated, and enhance overall buyback performance.
