Reusely's integration with Go High Level (GHL) streamlines your lead management process by automatically creating contacts and opportunities in your GHL account whenever a lead is generated through Reusely. Here's a step-by-step guide to setting up and verifying the integration.

Automate Lead Management with Reusely & GHL Integration

Step 1: Enable the High Level Add-On

  • Go to the Reusely Add-Ons Page.

  • Locate the "High Level" add-on and switch it on.

Step 2: Install the GHL App

  • Log into your High Level account.

  • Switch to the "Agency View" (if you're in the "Sub Account View").

A user interface for managing accounts is shown. A sidebar features options like Launchpad, Contacts, and Marketing. A highlighted button titled Switch to Agency View is present. Search bar and account listings are visible.
  • Navigate to the High Level App Marketplace.

  • Search for the "Reusely app" and click "Install".

  • Select the accounts where you want the app installed (one or multiple accounts).

A pop-up window titled Select Sub-Account shows options for selecting sub-accounts, with checkboxes to choose from. The window offers Select all 2 sub-accounts and has Cancel and Continue buttons below. The background shows a blurred interface.
  • Click "Continue" and then "Allow and Install".

  • After installation, you will be redirected back to your Reusely account.

Step 3: Configure Sub-Account and Pipeline

  • Choose the Sub-Account in GHL where you want to enable the integration.

  • Select a Pipeline for your leads and opportunities.

  • Click the "Save" button.

Step 4: Verify Integration and Automation

  • Switch your High Level account to the Sub-Account used for the integration.

  • Ensure that automation works correctly by testing the integration:

    • Create a buyback offer through your Reusely widget.

    • Verify that a new opportunity and contact are created in the specified pipeline in your GHL account.

Captured Data Points

Reusely captures and sends the following data points to GHL:

  • Offer #

  • Date Offer Created

  • Payout Method

  • Location (Store address for Mail-in and In-Store)

  • Offer Details

  • Tracking #

  • Customer Phone Number

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Email

  • Customer Address (Only for Mail-in)

  • Total Offer

  • Leads

  • Abandoned Buyback

  • Offer recovery link

  • Workflows

Additional Notes

  1. Default Data Placement

    • By default, some data points are sent to the "Additional Info" section in GHL.

    • To display this information in "Opportunity Details," manually move them there.

  2. Clarification Labels

    • Certain data points will include a suffix (e.g., "- Reusely") to differentiate them from data from other sources.

  3. Reinstallation for Updates

    • If previously enabled and data points are missing, uninstall and reinstall the Reusely app from the GHL marketplace to apply updates.

Example Use Case

When a new buyback offer is created in the Reusely widget:

  • A contact is automatically created in GHL with their Name, Email, and Phone Number.

  • An opportunity is added to the specified pipeline with Offer Details, Tracking Number, and a Recovery Link.
