Using the Cart Recovery Notifications Template
To use the Cart Recovery Notifications template:
Navigate to the Customer Notifications menu in your Notification Settings.
In the Customer Notifications section, Click the Pencil icon button to go to the Cart Recovery Notifications Template in your settings.
Customize the time intervals for sending reminder emails according to your preferences. You can select between 1, 2, or 3 attempts, with adjustable time delays in hours or days to suit your needs.
Add your team’s email in the BCC field to keep staff informed about customer activity.
Edit the Subject section to personalize the email subject as needed.
Configure the template to send notifications to customers who have abandoned their buyback process. Use engaging and personalized messaging to encourage customers to return and complete their transactions.
Define specific conditions that will trigger cart recovery notifications, such as:
The customer left the buyback form incomplete.
A buyback offer was abandoned.
Click Save to apply the updates.
Click Preview Email to review how the updated notification will appear to customers.
Example scenario: A customer adds a device for trade-in but abandons the checkout. Your team receives a BCC of the notification sent to the customer, allowing them to follow up with a personalized email or phone call.

Step 1: Add the Shortcode to the Cart Recovery Template
Navigate to the Notifications Settings section.
In the Customer Notifications section, select the Pencil icon to open the Cart Recovery Notifications Template.
Under the Code section, insert the provided shortcode to include a direct lead link in the email.
This link will appear as a button in the customer’s email, enabling them to resume their process easily.
Step 2: Configure the Widget URL
Navigate to your Widget Settings section.
Add the URL where your widget code is hosted. This URL is necessary for generating the continuation link in the reminder email.
