The Personalize Dashboard feature in Reusely gives you full control over how your workflows are displayed—making it easier to focus on what matters most. Whether you're managing Mail-In or In-Store operations, this step-by-step guide will show you how to tailor your dashboard to suit your specific needs and priorities.
Step-by-step to Use Personalize Dashboard Feature
Go to the Workflow Setting page in your Reusely dashboard.
Click the Personalize Mail-in Dashboard if you're in a Mail-in location (or Personalize In-store Dashboard in the In-store locations).
Adjust the number of offers you want to show (minimum: 1, maximum: 10).
Check the boxes next to the workflows you want them to appear on the dashboard.
Under Selected Workflow, click and drag to reorder the workflows based on your priority.
Once you're satisfied with your selections and order, click Save Changes.
After saving, you can also drag and rearrange workflow tiles directly on the dashboard.
