Your Reusely dashboard provides a complete snapshot of your buyback operations. Helping you monitor workflows, track performance, and assist customers efficiently. This guide walks you through the dashboard layout, its key components, and how to make the most of each feature.
Dashboard Overview
When you sign in, you’ll land on the dashboard in the selected location. This hub provides essential information on buyback offers and their stages, tailored to your current operating area.
Dashboard Types
Reusely provides two types of navigation:
1. Navigation Bar Menu
This top-level menu gives you high-level access across your company:
Company Management
Click your account name to view and switch between all company accounts. You can also create a brand-new customer account by clicking the New Account button. This will take you directly to the onboarding page, where you can set up the account from scratch.
Trade-In Button
Quickly start a new offer. Simply select your target location and automatically land on the Create Buyback page.
Search Everything
Instantly search customers, offer IDs, and shipping numbers.
Location Switcher
Click the location name to jump to another location’s dashboard, or type its name for quick access.
Notifications
View all or unread updates related to your company.
User Menu
Access My Settings, change your password, or log out.
2. Sidebar Menu
The sidebar provides direct access to the main pages inside app.reusely.com:
Dashboard Page
This is your central control panel. Key sections include:
Workflow Stages
Your dashboard tracks buyback offers through every step:
Leads – All newly created buyback offers. Moves automatically to In-Transit once a tracking number updates.In-Transit – Offers on their way to your facility. Move to Being Inspected after arrival.
Being Inspected – Your team is assessing the devices.
If all devices pass → move to Payment Processing.
If any device is Not as Described → move to Not as Described.
Not as Described – Edit item details or replace devices.
A revised quote will be emailed to the customer.
If accepted → moves to Seller Accepted.
If declined → moves to Returned.
On Hold – For temporarily paused offers.
Payment Processing – Awaiting payout. Move to Completed after payment.
Completed – Fully processed and paid offers.
Returned – Devices sent back to customers.
These stages give you real-time operational insight and help your team stay organized.
Real-Time Widget
Use the quick price-check widget to provide instant estimates for customers.
New From Reusely
View the latest platform updates. The most recent changelog item appears on the left for easy visibility.
Performance Analytics
Track the month-to-year buyback performance for the selected location. See total leads, payouts, and identify trends to support decision-making.
Offer Management Page
Manage all buyback types in one place—no switching accounts or locations. Use the Filter button to keep your workspace clean and tailored to your needs.

Mail-In – Full workflow for mail-in offers.

Shipping Page
View and manage all shipping activity across connected couriers. You can also generate shipping labels by entering the Shipping Label ID, Buyback ID, and Contact Information.
Inventory Page
Manage your catalog and inventory statuses (Available, Pending, Sold, Deleted, Moved, Not Available). Add new inventory and reconcile items directly.
Invoices Page
Monitor both outstanding and paid invoices with a bird’s-eye view of your Total Balance Due and Outstanding Invoice Profit. You can also create new invoices directly for any buyback activity.
Customer Page
Effortlessly manage all customer records—whether active, blocked, or archived. Each customer profile includes their full buyback history, account details, customer portal access, and associated invoices. You can also create new customer profiles directly from this page.
