How to adding new location in Reusely

Purpose

Add new In-Store or Mail-In locations to your Reusely account to make your business discoverable, keep offers flowing smoothly, and help customers connect with you effortlessly.

Steps

  1. Open Location Management

  2. Add a Location

    • Click + Add New Location.

  3. Enter Location Details

    • Location Name: How it appears in your dashboard and widget.

    • Location Email: Shown on the offer confirmation page.

    • Street Address: Appears on customer-facing pages and notifications.

    • Phone Number: Required for notifications and mail-in labels.

  4. Save the Location

    • Click Add Location to finish.

Examples/Scenarios

  • Expanding your business by adding a second store location.

  • Setting up a dedicated Mail-In location to handle remote customers.


Tips & Notes

  • You can add multiple In-Store locations.

  • Only one Mail-In location is allowed per account.

  • A valid phone number is required for Mail-In locations since it appears on shipping labels.
