Purpose
Add new In-Store, Mail-In, or Custom Method locations to your Reusely account to make your business discoverable, keep offers flowing smoothly, and help customers connect with you effortlessly.
Steps
1. Open Location Management
Go to Settings → Locations.
2. Add a Location
Click + Add New Location.
3. Select a Purchasing Method
Choose the purchasing method for the new location:
Note: If your account already has a Mail-In location. Only one Mail-In location is allowed per account.
4. Enter Location Details
Complete the required location information:
Location Name: The name used to identify the location in your dashboard and customer-facing experience.
Email: The email address associated with the location.
Physical Business Street Address: Enter the street address of the location.
Apartment, suite, unit, building, floor, etc.: Add any additional address information if applicable.
City: Enter the city where the location is based.
State: Select or enter the appropriate state.
Postal Code: Enter the location's postal code.
Phone: Enter the phone number associated with the location.
5. Configure Location Settings
Under Location Settings, configure Customer Visibility.
Customer Visibility controls whether the location appears on customer-facing pages.
Visible: Customers can see and access the location.
Hidden: The location is only visible to internal staff and will not appear on customer-facing pages.
You can change the location's visibility later if needed.
6. Save the Location
Review all the information you entered and click Add Location to finish creating the location.
Examples / Scenarios
Adding a second store: Create an In-Store location for a new branch so customers can select it during the buyback process.
Setting up Mail-In: Create a Mail-In location to handle customers who send their devices to your business.
Creating a custom workflow: Use Custom Method when you need a location for a specific purchasing workflow.
Tips & Notes
You can add multiple In-Store locations.
Only one Mail-In location is allowed per account.
A valid phone number is required for Mail-In locations because it appears on shipping labels.
Make sure the address and contact information are accurate before saving.
Use Customer Visibility to control whether customers can see a location.
Hidden locations remain available to internal staff and can be made visible again when needed.
