Managing multiple company accounts in Reusely?

If you no longer need access to a specific account that you previously linked to another account—especially one that’s inactive or canceled—you can quickly unlink it from your dashboard. Follow this step-by-step guide to safely remove canceled or unused accounts from your profile.

Unlink Canceled Accounts

  1. From the dashboard, click on Your Account Name (e.g., DP LTD) at the top left.

  2. Click the Settings icon next to the account you wish to unlink.

Reusely Dashboard view displaying subscription details, item setup instructions, and real-time widget preview with no buybacks or payouts listed.
  3. A Company Details popup will appear, displaying:

    • Your Account Plan

    • Legal Business Name

    • Status

    • Company Email

    • Company Address

    • Joined Date

  4. If the account is inactive or in invited status, the Unlink Account button will be active.

    • Click Unlink Account to proceed.

  5. A confirmation popup will appear, letting you know:

    • You can regain access if the account becomes active again and the admin re-invites you.

    • Alternatively, you can log in if you have direct credentials.

  6. Check the box to confirm your understanding.

  7. Click Yes, Leave to finalize the action.

A warning pop-up prompting the user to confirm unlinking their account, highlighting the irreversibility of the action.
  8. You have been successfully unlinked the canceled account.

All Set!

You’ve now unlinked the selected account. Keep in mind that you can always regain access if the account becomes active again and you're reinvited, or if you have direct login credentials. Keeping your account list clean and relevant helps you stay organized and focused on what matters.
