Purpose
You can easily switch a location’s subscription from Mail-In to In-Store (or vice versa) if your purchasing method changes. This ensures customers complete their offers correctly and your workflows stay aligned with the right process.

Steps
1. Go to Location Settings
Navigate to Settings → Location.
Review the list of your company’s locations.
2. Select a Location to Edit
Find the location you want to update.
Click the pencil (edit) button next to it.
3. Convert the Location
In the Edit Location pop-up, go to the top section.
Click Convert to switch the subscription type.
4. Review Conversion Notes
Customers must complete their online purchase and finalize it in your store.
Update the following to match the new subscription:
Workflow
Notifications
Payouts
Purchasing Method Confirmation Message
Customer Portal Revised Offer Templates
5. Confirm and Save
Click Confirm Conversion.
Update any additional details if needed.
Click Save to apply changes.
6. Verify the Change
The location will now display the updated subscription type (Mail-In → In-Store or In-Store → Mail-In).
Examples/Scenarios
Convert a store location from Mail-In to In-Store to support in-person purchases.
Switch back to Mail-In if your workflow changes to online-only purchases.
