The Reports page in Reusely gives you a complete overview of your buyback business performance. From offers and users to customers, promo codes, and referral sources, reports help you track activity, measure results, and make data-driven decisions. By using these insights, you can optimize workflows, identify trends, and grow your business with confidence.

Before You Begin
Make sure that:
You’ve set up locations, offers, and promo codes in your Reusely account.
Your business workflows (Mail-In, In-Store, Bulk, Easy Offer) are already configured.
Reports Available
Track all buyback offers across Mail-In, In-Store, Bulk, and Easy Offers.
Monitor team member activity, including items inspected and offers completed.
Analyze customer behavior, completed transactions, and total contributions.
Measure promo code performance, usage, and discount impact.
Understand where your orders originate (direct, widgets, apps, or referral links).
Tips & Notes:
If you can't find your old data, use the search everything feature.
Export data for financial reporting, performance reviews, or sharing with your team.
Importing data reports between stores is not supported, as they are used exclusively for the internal team.
Regularly review reports to spot bottlenecks, top performers, and new growth opportunities.
