Purpose
This guide explains how to enable the Recycling feature in your buyback process. Recycling gives customers an eco-friendly alternative to trading in their items. It benefits both you and your customers — you continue to provide value through your services, while they gain a responsible way to dispose of their items and contribute to sustainability.

Steps
Access Price Editor Settings page
From any page, go to Settings > Price Editor page.
Select Item Category (e.g. Smartphones).
Type brand item or item's name in the search bar field.
Disabled Item's Price
On the brand item field, expand the dropdown icon.
Find the specific item, and expand the dropdown icon again.
Make sure the item’s price is empty or set to 0.
Note: This applies to both manual and automatic pricing.
Enable the Recycling Features
Click the Enable Recycling button.
In the pop-up, reselect the item's category,
And expand the brand.
Find your specific item(s) and toggle it On to activate it.
Expand the field beside it to specify which conditions will be enabled.
To enable all zero-priced items under the selected brand, use the quick toggle switch.
Open the Configuration tab to customize the message that will show to your customer.
How It Appears
The recycling option will be visible in the widget when customers select an item’s condition.
