How to Use Tags

Organize and manage offers using Tags

Purpose

Tags help businesses organize, identify, and report on offers created across different workflows, locations, trade-in events, warehouse intake sessions, or campaigns.

Tags make it easier to:

  • Group offers by event or campaign

  • Filter offers in Offer Management

  • Export tagged offers

  • Quickly identify offers during review

  • Automatically apply the same tag during busy intake sessions


Before You Begin

Before using Tags:

  • Users must have access to Settings and Offer Management

  • Tags can be used across Mail-In, In-Store, EasyOffer, Batch Quote and Custom Internal Location workflows


Steps

Access the Tags Page

Go to Settings in your Reusely dashboard.

Click Tags.

From the Tags page, users can:

  • Create tags

  • Edit tags

  • Delete tags

  • Assign colors

  • Configure purchasing method availability


Create a Tag

Click Add Tag.

In the Add New Tag modal:

  • Enter the tag name

  • Choose a tag color

  • Select applicable purchasing methods:

    • All Methods

    • Mail-In

    • In-Store

    • Custom Internal Location

Click Create Tag.

The new tag will immediately become available inside Trade-In flows and Offer Details.


Apply a Tag During Offer Creation

While creating an offer in the Trade-in/buyback flow

Users can:

  • Select an existing tag

  • Search tags

  • Create a new tag directly from the flow

  • Leave the field blank if no tag is needed

Optional:

Enable Auto-apply for this tag on subsequent offers in the same session.

Once the offer is created, the selected tag will automatically be attached to the offer.


Review Tagged Offers

Go to Offer Management.

Click Filters.

Select Tags.

Choose one or more tags.

Click Apply.

Tagged offers can then be:

  • Filtered

  • Reviewed

  • Exported

  • Organized by event, workflow, or location


Offer Details

Offers created with a tag display:

  • Assigned tag information

  • Editable tag field

  • Instant Offer badge for Trade-In-created offers

Users can:

  • View tags

  • Edit tags

  • Create new tags directly from Offer Details

To create a new tag from Offer Details:

  • Open the offer

  • Click the Tag field

  • Select Create New Tag

  • Enter the tag details

  • Save the tag

The new tag will automatically become available throughout the platform.


Delete Tags

If a tag is already being used by offers:

  • Existing offers will keep the tag

  • The tag will no longer be available for new offers

  • A confirmation popup appears before deletion


Tips and Notes:

  • Use consistent naming for easier reporting and filtering

  • Event-specific tags can help track performance across multiple sessions

  • Auto-apply tags can speed up intake during high-volume workflows

  • Tags can be reused across multiple locations and purchasing methods

  • Tags support filtering and exporting in Offer Management
