Purpose
The Auto-Accept Offer Confirmation automatically emails customers to inform them that their offer has been accepted automatically after the auto-accept limit is reached. The offer will then proceed through the standard workflow and be processed by your team. This notification helps set clear expectations and keeps customers informed and engaged.
Before You Begin
Ensure Auto-Accept Revised Offers is activated by going to Settings → Offer → Offer Rules, toggling Auto-Accept Revised Offers on, and setting the minimum number of days before offers automatically proceed.

Steps
Access Notification Settings
Go to Settings > Notification Settings in your Reusely dashboard.Edit Auto-Accept Offer Confirmation template:
Under Customer Notifications:Toggle Auto-Accept Offer Confirmation On to activate it.
Click the pencil icon to open the email template editor.
Add Internal Recipients (Optional)
Enter your team’s email address in the BCC field to receive a copy of each confirmation email sent to customers.Set the Reply-To Address
Add the email address where customer replies should be sent (for example, your support or operations inbox).Customize Email Subject & Content
Edit the subject line and message to align with your brand voice.The default email includes:
Customer first name
Previous offer status
New offer status
Offer ID
Company phone number
Company name
Company logo
Modify Variables (Optional)
You can add, remove, or replace variables in the template.
To include more details, copy the variable code and paste it into the email content where needed.
Save & Preview
Click Save to apply your changes.
Select Preview Email to review how the message appears to customers.
Reset to Default (If Needed)
To restore the original template:Click Reset to Default
Confirm by selecting Yes, Reset
