Inventory Statuses

Reusely categorizes inventory into six statuses to provide clarity and control:

  • Available:
Items ready to be sold are marked as "Available."

  • Not Available:
This status is for items deemed not ready for sale, such as those undergoing repairs or refurbishment.

  • Pending:
Items in this status have been added to an invoice and are pending sale. They cannot be edited unless removed from the invoice, which reverts them to the "Available" status.

  • Sold:
Inventory that has been sold via an invoice, eCommerce platform, or Point of Sale (POS) integration will be automatically marked as "Sold." These items cannot be edited unless moved to another status first.

  • Moved:
Items transferred to another location will be listed under "Moved" when viewing the inventory of the original location.

  • Deleted:
Items that have been removed from inventory will appear in the "Deleted" status.
