Efficient inventory management is essential for keeping your operations running smoothly. This guide explains how to add items to your inventory in two ways: automatically through the Reusely platform or manually for items acquired elsewhere. Follow these straightforward steps to ensure your inventory stays accurate and up-to-date.

Adding Items Automatically

Items purchased through the Reusely platform are added to your inventory automatically once their buyback status is marked as "Completed." Here's how to do it:

  1. Navigate to a pending buyback order that hasn’t been completed and click one of the desired order.

  2. Change the order status by clicking the Pencil icon next to the Status section

  3. Select the Update Status option and change the status to Completed.

  4. Go to your Inventory Management page to confirm the item has been added automatically.
