If you plan to process Mail-In buybacks, we recommend enabling at least one shipping integration in your account's Add-Ons page. When active, the Reusely widget will automatically generate shipping labels for customers creating Mail-In buyback offers.

Enable Shipping Integrations for Seamless Mail-In Buybacks

Benefits of Shipping Integrations

  1. True-Return Labels

    • Shipping labels generated by Reusely are true-return labels.

    • No upfront cost: You are only charged when the label is dropped off by the customer.

    • Cost-saving: Saves your business time and money during the buyback process.

  2. Streamlined Logistics

    • Automatically generate labels for Mail-In buybacks.

    • Reduce manual intervention for improved efficiency.

Shipping Integration Options

At the time of writing, you can choose from three shipping integration options:

  • EasyPost

  • ShipEngine

  • Shipmondo

Integration Features

  • Provide a shipping API for seamless integration with Reusely.

  • Support for multiple carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, and more.

  • Link your existing carrier account or create one directly through the integration.

Advanced Shipping Rules

  • If you enable more than one integration and are on the Pro Plan, you can set up Advanced Shipping Rules via the Manage Shipping settings page.

Here are the links to detailed guides for setting up each integration:
