Automatically Generate Shipping Labels for Mail-In Offers

How to set up automatic return label generation for your Reusely account

Written by Althaaf Rachman Hafidz

If you plan to process Mail-In buybacks, we highly recommend automating the process by enabling shipping couriers in your Add-On settings. When enabled, your buyback widget will automatically generate shipping labels whenever a customer submits a Mail-In buyback offer—saving you time and resources.

Integration Requirements

Each account can integrate with all available shipping integrations, but only one can be set as the default shipper. This means you can have EasyPost, ShipEngine, and Shipmondo active simultaneously, but only one will be the default.

How Shipping Labels Work

We recommend that all shipping labels generated by your buyback widget must be true-return labels—meaning your shipping courier won’t charge you until the label is marked as dropped off. This ensures cost efficiency and flexibility for your business.

Most UPS and FedEx accounts are return accounts, but please verify with your carrier first.

Available Shipping Couriers

You can add more shipping courier options at any time within each shipping integration, but only one carrier can be set as the default.

You can select more than one (one per each integration) through Advanced Shipping Rules in your Manage Shipping settings if your are on our Pro plan.
