If you plan to process Mail-In buybacks, we recommend enabling at least one shipping integration in your account's Add-Ons page. When active, the Reusely widget will automatically generate shipping labels for customers creating Mail-In buyback offers.

Shipping Integration Error Messages
If a shipping label cannot be generated, Reusely will now display clearer, provider-specific error messages instead of a generic error notification. This makes it easier to identify the root cause and resolve the issue.
Examples of errors you may see include:
Invalid or incomplete shipping address.
Incorrect postal code or country information.
Carrier account authentication issues.
Insufficient funds or account balance with your shipping provider.
Missing or invalid shipping service configuration.
Carrier-specific validation errors, such as unsupported address types or service restrictions.
These messages are returned directly by your shipping provider whenever possible, allowing you to quickly identify what needs to be corrected before generating the shipping label again.
Note
Shipping label validation is performed by your selected shipping provider (EasyPost, ShipEngine, or Shipmondo). If an error is displayed, we recommend reviewing the message carefully, as it often identifies the exact field or configuration that needs to be updated.
