Customer Page Overview

Manage and track customer records, view offer history, and control customer access in Reusely.

Purpose

The Customer Page allows you to view, manage, and update customer records in Reusely. Whether you're adding new customers, editing details, blocking suspicious users, or reviewing offer history, this page gives you full control over customer data.

Key Features

  • View active, blocked, and archived customers

  • View customer-specific in-store, mail-in offers, and invoices

  • Update customer information and payout method

  • Access the Customer Portal directly


Before You Begin

Make sure:

  • You have access to the Customer Page from the dashboard

  • You are familiar with Reusely’s offer types: In-Store and Mail-In

  • Customer Portal is enabled (if you plan to use it)


Access and Manage the Customer Page

1. Open Customer Page

Go to the Customer Page from your main dashboard menu.

2. View Customer Tabs

You will see three tabs:

  • Active Customers – All current users

  • Blocked Customers – Restricted users

  • Archived Customers – Inactive users retained for history

3. Search and Filter

  • Use the search bar to find customers by name, email, or phone number.

  • Use the date filter to narrow down the list by creation date.

4. Customize Columns

Click Customize Columns to show or hide data fields like email, phone, address, etc.

5. Export Customers

Click Export to download the list in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format.

Note

Customer data is currently available for internal reporting only. Exporting this data to other stores is not supported yet.

6. Block a Customer

Click Block Customer and block the customer using one of the following:

  • Block by Email

  • Block by IP Address

  • Block by Email Domain

7. Use the Action Menu

Each customer has an action menu where you can:

  • Edit details

  • Flag their customer

    You can choose between No Flag, Trusted (for verified customers), Monitor (for customers with unusual activity), and High Risk (for customers with known or suspected issues).

  • Block or archive the customer

  • Open their Customer Portal


Add a New Customer

1. Click Add Customer

Click the Add Customer button at the top-right corner.

2. Fill Out Customer Information

  • Full Name

  • Company Name

  • Email

  • Address

  • Building

  • Phone Number

  • Note (optional)

3. Save

Click Save to add the customer to the system.


Review Customer Offer History

1. In-Store Offers

View offers submitted in-store. You can filter by:

  • Date

  • Status

  • Payout Method

2. Mail-In Offers

Filter by:

  • Date

  • Status

  • Courier

  • Payout Method

3. Invoices

Track billing records by:

  • Date

  • Status

  • Salesperson


Edit or Update Customer Details

1. Open a Customer Profile

Click the customer’s name to view their full profile.

2. Edit Customer Info


Click Edit to update:

  • Name

  • Company

  • Email

  • Address

  • Building

  • Phone

  • Payout Method

  • Internal Note

Click Save once changes are complete.

4. Access the Customer Portal

Click Open Portal on the top-right to view the customer's experience.

5. Edit Customer Info

Click Edit to update:

  • Name

  • Company

  • Email

  • Address

  • Building

  • Phone

  • Payout Method

  • Internal Note

Click Save once changes are complete.

6. Pagination

Use the pagination on the botom of the page to easily navigate between the sections.
