Easily Update Items with Mass Pricing

How to adjust prices for multiple items at once, saving time and ensuring consistency across your catalog.

Purpose

Mass Pricing lets you apply bulk price changes to up to five items at the same time. Use this feature to quickly update pricing rules across conditions without editing each item individually.

Steps

1. Open Mass Pricing

2. Search for Items

  • Use the search bar to find the items you want to update.

  • You can select up to five items at once.

3. Choose Conditions

  • Select the conditions (e.g., Like New, Good, Broken) you want to adjust.

4. Set Pricing Rules

  • Choose one of the following options:

    • Match – Keep source prices as they are.

    • Markup – Increase prices by a fixed amount or percentage.

    • Markdown – Decrease prices by a fixed amount or percentage.

5. Save Changes

  • Click Save Changes to apply the updates.

Examples / Scenarios

  • Apply a $1 increase to all iPhone prices across every condition.

  • Run a 10% markdown on older models to improve sales volume.


Tips & Notes

  • Tip: Use Mass Pricing to test competitive adjustments across popular categories (like iPhones) in just a few clicks.

  • Note: The feature is limited to five items per update to keep changes manageable.
