      • Unselect the condition that already has a Conditional Question.

      • Override all existing Conditional Questions.

    • If you want to proceed with overriding, click Continue to apply the changes.

  4. Enter your question in the Question field (e.g., Does it come with the original box?).

    • If you want to make the question mandatory for customers, check the Required box.

    • To allow multiple answers, check the Multiple Answers box.

  5. Fill in the possible answers for the question.

  6. For each answer, set the condition’s impact:

    • Do nothing: The answer does not affect the price.

    • Markup: Increases the price by a percentage or fixed amount.

    • Markdown: Decreases the price by a percentage or fixed amount.

Example: If the question is Does it come with the original box?, you can set:

    • Yes → Do nothing

    • No → Markdown by $10

  7. You can add a maximum of 3 questions, with up to 10 answers for each question.

  8. Click Save to apply the changes.

  9. All Conditional Questions will automatically appear in all Active Conditions once added.
