How Conditions Are Displayed on the Widget?

Here’s an example of how a condition appears on your buyback widget for customers:

Screenshot of a webpage section titled Sell Your Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (5th generation) M4 Standard glass. It describes the Damaged condition with a $1 offer for cracked screens or non-working components. A button labeled Confirm Condition is visible.

Screenshot of a survey question asking about the condition of an Apple Watch. Options include New in Box, with criteria: sealed in original packaging, never opened or used, and not financed or reported lost/stolen. A Confirm Condition button is below.

Also, this is how you set up the condition on the Condition Settings > Edit Condition Group > Edit Condition

Notes:

  • Items must be priced with conditions so they are visible in your buyback widget.

What Happens When You Delete a Condition?

If you no longer need certain conditions, you can remove them by clicking on the condition and selecting the Delete button at the bottom of the Active Conditions section.

However, after deleting a condition, an error icon will appear next to the affected item. When you hover over it, a tooltip will display the message:

"To manage the pricing for this item, you can either set up manual conditions using 'Setup Condition' or enable price sync for automatic pricing."

Conditional Questions vs. Bulk: What’s the Difference?

When setting up Conditional Questions, you have two options: Conditional Questions and Bulk Conditional Questions. While both allow you to customize item pricing based on specific answers, they serve different purposes.

  • Conditional Questions let you add questions to individual conditions, giving you more control over each condition’s pricing adjustments.

  • Bulk Conditional Questions streamline the process by allowing you to apply the same set of questions to multiple conditions at once, saving time and ensuring consistency.

The table below highlights the key differences between these two options to help you choose the best approach for your pricing strategy.
