Getting Started with Conditional Questions

How Conditional Questions works

Written by Althaaf Rachman Hafidz

Purpose

Once all required conditions are set (either through presets or manual setup), you can add Conditional Questions. These questions appear in the Widget and other supported buyback flows, helping you collect more accurate details, guide customers smoothly, and improve the overall buyback experience.

Note

This feature is available starting from the Starter plan and is also included in the Growth plan and above.

    Conditional Answer:
    - Yes → Do nothing
    - No → Markdown by $10
  • You want to give higher offers for devices still under warranty or with verified service history.

Conditional Question: Is the device under warranty?
    Conditional Answer:
    - Yes → Markup by 5%
    - No → Do nothing.

Tips & Notes

  • Keep questions clear and easy to understand.

  • Limit answers to avoid overwhelming customers.

  • Set pricing impacts carefully (markup, markdown, or none).
