How to manage your resend shipping label email notifications

The Resend Shipping Label Email Notification feature lets you resend an email containing the customer's shipping label. An easy and quick way to resend a forgotten or lost customer's shipping label.


Set Up Resend Shipping Label Email Content

  1. Access Shipping Settings
  2. In the General section, click the Pencil icon next to Resend Shipping Label.

    Open More Options Menu Again
  3. Add your staff’s email addresses in the BCC field if needed.

  4. Edit the Subject line to reflect your brand’s voice.

    Select Email Template Fields
  5. By default, the email includes a downloadable shipping kit PDF.

  6. The email supports key variables for personalization:

    • {:company-name} – Your company’s name

    • {:customer-firstname} – The customer’s first name

    • {:company-logo} – Your company’s logo

    • {:shippingkit-pdf} – The downloadable shipping kit PDF

  7. Customize the content and variables to match your brand’s communication style.

  8. Click Save to apply your changes.

  9. Click Preview Email to see how the notification will appear to customers.

  10. To revert to the original template, click Reset to Default and confirm.
